30-Day Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also include any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
4. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and mail it to the address provided along with the RA number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different product, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the process and provide you with an exchange authorization.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
